Specializing in strategic distribution placement, brand development and market data research, we offer expertise in branding and retail coordination, including operation of pop-up stores in major department stores throughout Japan, increasing brand exposure while building and maintaining their images. With an in-depth understanding of Japan’s complex and unique consumer market and global fashion trends, the know-how on expansion of brands by emphasizing brand image, and strong relationships with top department stores and boutiques in Japan, WPI/BDZ has been building strong and continued partnerships with multiple vendors and lines in the U.S, helping on entering the Japanese market.
Our showroom is located in Meguro, Tokyo. In addition to the showroom, WPI/BDZ exhibits at various domestic fashion trade shows.
License Department
We specializes in projects with US brands as a licensee to distribute in the Japanese and Asian markets, working with some of the major casual clothing retailers in Japan. Our Rolling Stones project that started in 2003 which still is continuing today, has worked with 50 reknown artists and has successfully brought many oversea brands into the Japanese market.
